VERY BUMPY DONOR AREA

Hi all, I was just wondering if I could get some help on my problem.
I had a VERY small strip transplant of 200 grafts, and 4-5 days into my recovery, I have noticed that the donor sutures are very bumpy and quite painful to touch. Is this normal? Are there any topical solutions that might help?

Also, how long do you recommend I wait until using Rogaine and Nizoral on the grafted area?

Thanks.
