I am at the 4 month mark and there is still a lot of redness in the recipient area definitely still noticeable to others, Dr. cole did my 1800 fit procedudure, and hairs are coming in more every week, so I am happy about that, but just can't seem to get rid of this redness, I have tried neosporin and asprin, so any other suggestions will be helpful. I am very fair skinned so that doesn't help either. I just hope that by the 6 month point it is gone , and alot more hair comes in too because I do still have a lot of bare spots. Confused

Hi VWBuslover!

How come aspirin is recommended for redness? I would think (probably wrongly) that any substance which thins the blood would tend to increase the redness?

I might be tempted to try things which soothe the skin and so may reduce infamation, perhaps aole vera, or even arnica gel? I would be interested in a proper answer too as I have some little red patches too, although I'm not even a month out yet.

Good luck?
