Hi All,

Things are proceeding very nicely after my biggest ever session with you, did we get upto 1300 grafts? Anyhow as far as I know I didn't lose 1 while healing, and my recipient site looks fine already.

I bort some of the hair cycle 'biotin' spray off you, and although I probaly vaped about a third of the bottle in the first week, I was wondering how much would be a reasonable amount to apply to my hairline now (3 weeks after) I am going for three pump sprays 1/2 times a day 15 mins after my minox. Is this enough to get my fu's their antioxidants!

Obsessively yours

NV

Hi nobel victim!
Good to hear from you and great to hear that you are doing well. A light mist of biotin is enough. You don't want to spray enough that there is build up. Also, since it has been a while since the surgery and your scalp is healed, you might want to switch over to the shampoo version. Due to the length and curl of your hair, you might also want to try the conditioner. That's right. I remember you and your hair. Very Happy
Take care and have fun. You definitely deserve it!

Hi Girltec,

Great to hear from you, timely too as Pirates of the Carabian2 comes out in England today, pirate jokes always make me think of Atlanta for some reason!

Anyhow, I'm down to the few weeks of my spray, I guess I should start wearing sun screen when it runs out?

What do you guys think about taking a biotin supplement for the hair? Once the blood supply is re-established would this be the best method of getting food to the follicles?

Hope you get to go to Brusslels this October!

Pirates of the Carabian2?
Isn't that rated aaarrrgh!

Yes be careful of the sun for 6 months to a year.

I think a biotin supplement would be worth a try. Once blood flow is re-established, topicals can still be helpful, but I would use both oral and topical approaches.

Look at the ingredients of HairCycle to get a good idea of what substances promote healthy hair and scalp and fight DHT and inflammation naturally.
