Welcome to our forum. You don't have to eat or drink anything in particular. But! , It will only help if you eat food with vitamins like vegetables(3 different type a day), fish (salmon, Tuna) they have Omega3 and biotin, eggs (have Biotin and proteins), olive oil (1 spoon a day). Drink natural orange juice or fruit juices.
I if you are a male and over 20, i will highly recommend you to start taking propecia and minoxidill (5%), it really helps with the hair growth and will help you to get a better results. if you are a women i will start with regain (2%).
i will also recommend Nizoral shampoo (2%) or Tricomin.
If you also have dandruff i will use a combination of Nizoral and SELSUN BLUE. |
